Common questions
How much time does it take each week?
The weekly check-in takes no more than 10 minutes, usually less. The group coaching call is approximately 45 minutes — if you can't make it live, it's recorded and posted the next day. Training sessions are 20–60 minutes, 2–4 times per week.
I've tried other programmes and they haven't worked. Why is this different?
Most programmes are built for ideal conditions. This one is built for busy weeks, missed workouts, and real life. The goal is a system that holds up when things go wrong — not a perfect plan.
Is this suitable for beginners?
